護眼6招 遠離3C傷害

 現今民眾對3C產品愈來愈依賴,卻忽略了眼部保健的重要性,高度近視易引發白內障、青光眼、視網膜剝離等風險。台北市衛生局呼籲,平時掌握每日戶外活動2-3小時等護眼6招,可避免眼疾上身。專家也提醒,選購隱形眼鏡時應先經專業人員的驗光檢查為宜。
 北市衛生局長黃世傑表示,3C等電子產品所發出的藍光會對視網膜細胞造成傷害,尤其在黑暗環境使用手機或看電視,因瞳孔會放大而使更多光線進入眼睛,導致傷害產生。
 因次,呼籲民眾掌握護眼6招,遠離「惡視力」的威脅,包括每日戶外活動2-3小時;未滿2歲避免看螢幕,2歲以上每日不要超過1小時;用眼30分鐘,休息10分鐘,看書保持35-45公分距離;讀書光線要充足,坐姿要正確;均衡飲食,天天5蔬果;每年定期1-2次視力檢查。
 另外,台北市驗光生公會理事長許正格指出,國內近視人口普及,不少近視族會配戴隱形眼鏡,而近年來拋棄式隱形眼鏡當道,兼具流行時尚的角膜變色片更是市場主流,廣受年輕人喜愛。
 許正格提醒,民眾在選購隱形眼鏡,務必先經過專業人員的驗光檢查,包括近視及散光度數、眼球弧度、鏡片大小直徑等,以確保在配戴隱形眼鏡的安全性。
